The Mark Lofts at Woodland Park is pleased to announce that Fitness Together will be opening, in January of 2008,  on its first floor. Fitness Together, a global fitness franchise, offers a unique, upscale workout experience.

Fitness Together specializes in one-on-one private personal training. During a scheduled one-hour appointment, each client enjoys the privacy of their own fully equipped personal training suite, which means no waiting for equipment, no distractions, and no uncomfortable stares.

Certified personal trainers actively assist clients with their individualized training program as well as with a personal nutrition plan, which reflects the company’s commitment to improving the client’s health and quality of life. All clients complete a fitness assessment so they can understand their present fitness level and are re-assessed every six weeks. The certified personal trainer uses the fitness assessment to design an individual exercise prescription specific to the client’s needs and goals.

Those interested in the services provided at Fitness Together are invited in for a complimentary session which includes a tour of the studio, medical screening, goal setting consultation, and full training session.  At Fitness Together there are no contracts or memberships.
Be sure to drop by and experience the warm, welcoming environment at Fitness Together.  Each client is greeted with a fresh bottle of water and clean towel. Clean bathrooms and showers are available and the spa-like atmosphere includes fresh cut flowers, artwork from local artists, and complimentary fresh fruit.

VIP Preview Party Hits The Mark

Over 350 people attended The Mark Lofts special VIP party on February 22. Attendees included local business owners, members of LDDA and the Chamber of Commerce, investors, realtors, prospective buyers and those who have already purchased units.

The party was held in The Mark Lofts’ main office, where partygoers enjoyed appetizers catered by Ramsey’s and a wine-tasting provided by Talon Wineries.
